Cupcakes ~

Now those of you who visit my blog are probably aware i'm cupcake crazy! But have any of you seen my best bakes?

Thought not, so every now and then I will be posting photographs of my proudest baked treats, do enjoy my poppets ~~

Cake in a Cup

Okay, so i'm sure you've all seen this 'cake in a cup' recipe by now and you may not enjoy it..i know i didn't. 

I have a secret recipe for my famous cupcakes that many local businesses around my town are buying and it's high time i tried this.

Of course, tried it once..tasted like rubber, second time was like eating a cold piece of chicken without teeth. So of course, being a baker, i couldn't stand this recipe.

So I decided to experiment and this was my recipe. It's much more light and moist than dry and chewy.

Ingredients ~

1 egg

2.5 tbsp. self raise. Flour

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

Drop of milk (half tea spoon)

4 tbsp caster sugar

Method ~

Get a large cup, put the flour, caster sugar and then the covoa powder in, mix them together.

Ass the egg and mix well, adding the tiny drop of milk will make the previous monstrocity of the delicious craving for cake you may have.

Bake in the microwave for about 3 minutes, be careful, it's hot ~
